JOB BRIEF:
Come work for Global Travel International, established in 1994, one of the Nations largest travel agencies located in Orlando Florida! Global Travel International is seeking experienced, customer service representatives for inbound service calls.
STATEMENT OF PRIMARY DUTIES: Answer phones to respond to customer needs, general customer inquires, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
1. Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
2. Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
3. Provide customers with product and service information.
4. Up sell products and services.
5. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
6. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
7. Follow-up customer inquires not immediately solved.
8. Complete call logs and reports
9. Research billing and commission questions.
10. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
11. Recommend process improvements.
12. Collect $800.00 in commissionable revenue weekly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
- 6 months telemarketing experience
- 1 year customer service experience
- 6 months call center experience
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
The equivalent experience will be considered:
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Certification/Training: Must attend GTI’s Quality Assurance Program, systems and product training.

· PC proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
· Must be able to type 35 wpm and be able to handle multiple tasks
· Must have demonstrated ability to close sales
